• Job Title: Automation Tester
• Primary skills: Proven experience in building test automation frameworks from scratch
• Secondary skills: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance)
• Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B)
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
• Experience: 3-8 yrs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Test Complete.
• Proven experience in building test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
• Good understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Test Complete.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA team members, and other stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure coverage.
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation and work with developers on resolution.
• Analyse test results and report findings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Continuously evaluate and improve test automation processes and best practices.
• Mentor junior testers in automation best practices, if needed
