We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. oa, a, a, Analysis, design and implementation of test automation solutions, Create and maintain automation scripts
oa, a, a, Create Test ware - estimates, scenarios, cases, and data.
oa, a, a, Execute Tests(Manual and Automated) , collate evidence and manage Defect reporting and tracking.
oa, a, a, Support more junior team members or lead a small team of more junior test engineers.
oa, a, a, Monitor team progress and Communicate with stakeholders on test engineering status.
oa, a, a, Demonstrate implementation of process, strategy and/or testing improvement/efficiencies.
What will you be doing?
oa, a, a, Be a SME in the application/ program under test demonstrating holistic know-how of the functional and operational structure e.g. SME in Investment Management, and Trading
oa, a, a, Execute granular plans for test phases based on overall project plan to accommodate all tasks involved
oa, a, a, Participate in requirement analysis and static testing
aA,Aa, a, a, Identify and highlight discrepancies in specifications
aA,Aa, a, a, Create dependency matrices/ data matrices as deliverables from analysis/ scrum sessions
aA,Aa, a, a, Solutionize problems identified during scrum meetings
aA,Aa, a, a, Visualize, Identify and communicate long terms risks with project/ test approach
aA,Aa, a, a, Model user scenarios as part of SIT to attain more coverage early on.
oa, a, a, Understand the AUT and share your understanding within the team
oa, a, a, Create risk log/ query log/ mind map/ flow charts
oa, a, a, Create test cases/ scripts/ charters/ data sheets/ sample data
oa, a, a, Set up and Execute tests and record evidencea,
oa, a, a, Raise defects with appropriate amount of details
oa, a, a, Report results/ outcome of testing to project audience
oa, a, a, Support estimation of test engineering tasks (Automation) for the assigned project.
oa, a, a, Undertake timely maintenance of automation assets to ensure their relevance and pick up automation of new functionalities
oa, a, a, Provide guidance to other team members on technology/domain/application queries
oa, a, a, Demonstrate an improvement in business and/or system knowledge in your relevant program line through self-learning/ external trainings
oa, a, a, Support test teams in the identification of opportunities to reduce manual testing effort through the application of test tools
oa, a, a, Analysis of manual tasks and identifying best way to automate them through discussion with BA/ Dev/ Test teams
oa, a, a, Conducting demos to the stakeholders for POC using concise and crisp combination of static presentations and dynamic demo executions
oa, a, a, Deliver test automation improvement initiatives within the project group.
oa, a, a, Conform to established good practice and any appropriate test automation standards
What WeaAEURA(TM)re Looking For:-
aAEURAa, a, a, Keen knowledge on testing concepts, processes, types and methods of testing
aAEURAa, a, a, Previous experience and exposure in automation scripting, management/testing and framework creation. (Selenium/Java) is a must.
aAEURAa, a, a, 6-9 years of experience in software Testing / Automation testinga,
aAEURAa, a, a, Hands on experience of working in agile projects and knowledge of Test Management tools (e.g. JIRA)
aAEURAa, a, a, Graduate with software engineering background
Skills that will help you in the role:-
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience in testing of Web Based Applications.
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience of working on Investment banking applications.
aAEURAa, a, a, Domain/Testing/Technical certification will be an advantage
