Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. The candidate should have strong expertise in automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications. Execute and optimize automation test suites for various testing phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test strategies. Work with automation frameworks such as

Selenium WebDriver

,

Cucumber/BDD

, or other relevant tools. Perform API automation using

Postman

,

RestAssured

, or equivalent tools. Analyze test results, identify defects, and coordinate with developers for resolution. Integrate automation scripts with

CI/CD pipelines

(Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.). Conduct regression, functional, smoke, and integration testing. Prepare detailed test documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in automation testing. Expertise in

Selenium WebDriver

. Experience with

TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD)

, or similar tools. Strong experience in

API testing

(Postman, RestAssured, Swagger). Familiarity with

CI/CD tools

and

Git/GitHub/GitLab

. Good understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies

. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

Experience with

mobile automation

(e.g., Appium). Knowledge of cloud testing platforms like

BrowserStack

or

Sauce Labs

. Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
