Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Automation Tester

with 1

-3 years of hands-on experience

in designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for

web and mobile applications

. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

test automation frameworks

, experience working with

Selenium or similar tools

, and the ability to contribute to improving test coverage, stability, and CI/CD integration. Exposure to

ERP systems

and enterprise workflows is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities - Automation Testing

Design, develop, and maintain

automated test scripts

for web and mobile applications Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify failures and defects Automate

regression, smoke, and sanity test cases

Build, enhance, and maintain

automation frameworks

(POM / Hybrid frameworks preferred) Improve

automation test coverage, reliability, and execution performance

Handle

dynamic elements, synchronization issues, and reusable automation components

Perform

root cause analysis

for failed automation tests and coordinate fixes Collaborate with development teams to identify automation opportunities early in SDLC Integrate automation test execution into

CI/CD pipelines

(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Web & Mobile Automation

Automate

cross-browser testing

for web applications Automate

mobile application testing

(Android / iOS) using automation tools Validate

UI behavior, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility

Perform basic

performance, stability, and reliability checks

using automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience

in

Automation Testing

Strong understanding of

STLC and SDLC from an automation perspective

Hands-on experience with

Selenium WebDriver or similar automation tools

Experience in

web and mobile application automation testing

Strong knowledge of

automation frameworks and design patterns

Experience with

test execution, result analysis, and defect reporting

Basic understanding of

SQL and database validation

Ability to debug automation failures and optimize scripts Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Good to Have (Plus Skills)

Experience with

TestNG, JUnit, or similar test frameworks

Programming skills in

Java / Python / JavaScript

Exposure to

API automation testing

(Postman, REST clients, etc.) Familiarity with

Agile / Scrum methodologies

Experience with

CI/CD tools

such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI Exposure to

ERP modules and enterprise-level workflows
