Job Description

This Automation Test Lead role demands hands-on expertise in Selenium with Java for automating microservices and front-end web applications. The successful candidate will also possess significant experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner, alongside custom solutions. They will be crucial in driving shift-left testing initiatives and championing robust QA processes across development cycles.

Test Strategy & Planning:

Define and implement comprehensive automation test strategies for microservices and front-end web applications.

Develop test plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and timelines for automation projects.

Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline (shift-left testing).

Automation Framework Development & Maintenance:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks using Selenium with Java.

Ensure the framework supports API automation for microservices and UI automation for web applications.

Implement best practices for test automation, including modularity, reusability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant experience

Experience in test automation and programming of software applications

Experience in managing and implementing successful test automation projects

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Education:
