• Writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, participating in designing/architecting systems of varying complexity and scope, and creating testing framework supporting the design/coding tasks.
• Plan to automate and execute performance test website and all back-end services for every release and as requested
• Participating in team meetings, stand-ups, and architecture/design discussions.
• Identify areas of improvement in our frameworks, tools, processes and strive to make them better
• Evaluate our success metrics and evolve our reporting systems.
• Dive deep into the catalog data, understand different functional areas, and use your creativity to come up with techniques to improve the quality of our solutions.
• Participate in the roadmap definition for the team.
• Own and drive the testing of our entire ecosystem that consists of several applications, workflows and processes.
• Spearhead a process driven approach to software testing and collaborate with your colleagues to maintain high quality standards of our deliverables.

• B Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college.
• Experience in developing and designing automation testing frameworks
• Expertise in Automation testing . Minimum 4+ years' experience developing scripts and test automation (Java and knowledge on shell scripts will be add on).
• Experience in Backend testing, Frontend testing & automation testing using selenium webdriver
• Proficient in functional testing, API/Web-Services testing on Desktop and Mobile devices
• Strong Experience in Rest Assured(advanced level)
• Familiarity with message queue systems like Kafka or any JMS-based solutions such as MQ is essential.
• Prior experience in eCommerce or Retail domains is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Agile Testing methodology.
• Experience with relational databases, designing schemas and formulating complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Linux or other UNIX server class operating systems.
• Good to have knowledge on Hybris, Jenkin, repositories and automation using Appium .
• Should have a good idea and exposure in performance testing concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to jump in and learn new tools/applications quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
