Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Workflow Automation Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, , AI agents and rapid prototyping. This role requires technical expertise and adaptability to leverage AI technologies for efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Build and integrate workflows across multiple systems (automation tools and CRMs). Create rapid prototypes and deliver projects efficiently using AI-first approaches. Support clients and stakeholders by explaining AI-enabled solutions in clear, non-technical terms. Continuously learn and adopt the latest AI development tools and practices. Required Skills & Knowledge Workflow Automation & Integration n8n (workflow automation) GoHighLevel (CRM & marketing automation) Zapier / Make (cross-platform automation)

Core Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make etc.). Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for custom automation and scripting. Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Experience with no-code/low-code platforms Basic programming fundamentals (JavaScript, Python, or Node.js)

Soft Skills

Rapid learning and adaptability to new AI tools Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving using an AI-first approach Time management with focus on quality and speed

Experience Level:

6 months - 2 years

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
