DESCRIPTIONAutomation Specialist: An automation specialist designs, develops and implements automated systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within DCI operations. The responsibilities include assessing existing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, selecting suitable technologies and creating custom solutions. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, troubleshoots issues, and ensures seamless integration of automation tools. Additionally, staying updated on emerging technologies and providing on-going support and optimization would be their integral parts of the role.Key job responsibilities
1. Design and implement automated solutions to optimize operational processes.
2. Develop and maintain scripts for effective automation of tasks.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the automation requirements.
4. Configure and integrate automation tools, (Java, Selenium, Python) ensuring seamless operation.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes promptly.
6. Stay updated on the emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
7. Monitor the automated systems for performance and reliability.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
9. Ensure documentation of automated processes and procedures.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Chennai, TN, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBasic Qualifications/Skill Set requirements:

• BE\\BTech\\MCA in Computer Science or Information Technology stream.
• 2+ Years of Experience in automation and programming.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of SQL and Python scripting language.
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Ansible).
• Proven expertise in process analysis and optimization along with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication, teamwork and project management skills are crucial.

• Certified Automation Professional (CAP)
• Has the ability to solve operation issues using technology.
• Prior experience in working with multiple stakeholders on projects/operations
