Technical Support & Application Expertise
Understand customer applications, production challenges, and system requirements to recommend suitable automation solutions.
Provide pre-sales technical support, product selection guidance, and application advice.
Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design, system configuration, and customization when required.
Support customers during installation, testing, and after-sales troubleshooting.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, system integrators, distributors, and end users.
Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to monitor project progress and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely responses to technical inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities.
Market Research & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in automation.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product gaps, and market demands.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the sales, engineering, logistics, and product management teams to ensure smooth order handling and project execution.

QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Electrical Engineering

Instrumentation
, or related fields.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in
industrial automation, control systems, electrical equipment, or technical sales

Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, drives, servo systems, or industrial networking is highly preferred.
