We are looking for an experienced automation engineer with good software development skills to provide solution to our customer base. He will be part of a team engaged in software development life cycle starting from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance related to factory and process automation.

What you would be doing?

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate automation/software solutions.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build applications in WinCC and other SCADA systems
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Write effective APIs.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
• Write technical documentation.
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.

How do you qualify for the role?

• 8 + years of experience in IT & Industrial Automation (Programming & Development)
• Experience on Industrial communication protocols viz OPC UA, OPC DA, OPC HDA, Industrial ethernet, MQTT, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus
• PLC : Logic building, programming and diagnosing PLCs for Siemens (S7 300 ,400, 1500 ,1200 etc.) and other manufacturers products
• Working experiences on WinCC SCADA is must. Experience in other SCADA systems will be added advantage.
• SCADA: Implementation knowledge of Tag logging, Alarm Management, User Management, data archiving and development of SCADA application (Development of SCADA System using Siemens WinCC Explorer, TIA 14, Wonderware, Rockwell etc. using native languages
• Good Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery,C#, ASP.net, Vb.net ).
• Good Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., PHP [both Core and Laravel Framework] and Python), JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, View, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Postgres, Azure), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design.

Education

Graduate Engineer in Computer Science, I.T, Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication with strong academic track record. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in technology will be an added advantage.
