Job Description

Program, configure, and commission Control4 automation systems. Design, program, and troubleshoot KNX automation solutions. Provide remote and on-site dealer support during installation & commissioning. Create automation logic for lighting, HVAC, curtains, AV, security, and scenes. Diagnose and resolve programming, integration, and network-related issues. Support dealers with system updates, backups, and optimizations. Coordinate with sales & project teams for technical feasibility and execution. Prepare and maintain programming documentation & system handover files. Train dealer technicians on system usage and basic troubleshooting. Ensure project delivery meets company quality and performance standards.
Technical Skills Required :-

Strong hands-on experience in Control4 programming (Composer Pro). Proficiency in KNX programming (ETS software). Understanding of IP networking, routers, switches, VLANs. Experience with lighting control systems, AV integration, and automation protocols. Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and automation layouts. Knowledge of third-party device integration and drivers.
Soft Skills & Competencies:-

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for dealer and client interaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Willingness to travel for site support when required. High attention to detail and documentation. Preferred Qualifications. Control4 & KNX certifications (preferred). Experience in luxury residential or commercial automation projects. Familiarity with other automation platforms is an added advantage.
