Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI/SCADA systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, etc.).
Develop and maintain control system documentation, including logic diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of automation solutions at client or plant sites.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify and resolve system faults, communication errors, and hardware issues.
Support upgrades, modifications, and preventive maintenance of existing automation systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality procedures.
Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to maintenance and production teams.
