Title: Automation Leader - IT Infrastructure
Location: Mumbai /Navi Mumbai
Exp: 15+ years
:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network, cloud, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial leader with 15+ years of expertise in Leading, Managing, Developing and Supporting Business Processes, Technology and People. Targeting Leadership roles in, IT Services, Cloud, Operations and Transformations ,AIOPS ,IT Automation, IT Infra tools
• Evaluate, implement, and integrate automation and orchestration tools. [ ITSM, DWs, Endpoint Management, Noc Soc , Automation, Aiops ]
• Identify opportunities for automation within existing processes and work with stakeholders to scope and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to align automation initiatives with organizational goals.
• Define and enforce best practices for automation development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage a small team of automation engineers or work closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure management via automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to infrastructure and automation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 3+ years in a lead role focused on automation.
• Should have good communication skill.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components such as compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) etc.
