Define and Design a next-generation future Finish Goods Manufacturing (FGM) factory establishment as per Industry 4.0 Principles


Latest Technology Automation system implementation in consultation with Engineering consultant for Green Field project.

Tasks and responsibilities

Lead and co-ordinate with Global automation team, Engineering consultanat, Project team , User Manager for best suitable Automation schemes for the Process plant. Expertise in ABB PCX 800 DCS Systems similarly hands on with Siemens/AB System automation. Review and finalize best sutaited Plant Layout and support to Engineering company for automation schematics including control panel rooms and operation PCS. Selection and sizing of Automation/DCS/PLC system for Process packages and try to maintain same make aross the process with the help of Engineering consulting company and Project user team. Impementation of Industry 4.0 automation schemes where implementation of latest Robotics system applicable. Close Co-ordination with Project and User Team as well Engineering company for best designed automation and digitlisation system in the Green Project. Reviews of Instrumentation TDS and Electrical equipment across various process packages in co-ordination with Engineering company. Co-ordination with Global Automation SME for better symmetry across the Plant on make/schematics/layouts. Review of DQ, IQ, HQ & OQ prototocol for Automation/Instrumentation/electrical related and delivery of the same for the process. Synchronisation of SCM automation with manufacturing plant Automation systems Closely work with Project team and User team on complex decisions considering Plant Scalability and Flexibility in Operation of the Plant prior to Design confirmation/Approvals.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering Automation/Instrumentation with 15-20 years of experience in process industry- Food/Pharma/biotech/Chemical
