About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Articulate the conversations in a variety of ways and tones bringing out the elements of brand personality and brand guidelines
2. Think and pre-empt scenarios and questions
3. Work with the technical team or developers to fulfill the user requirements
4. Test the chatbot flow from the viewpoint of a layman who's encountering that chatbot for the first time
Skills:
1. If you think you empathize with people naturally, this is for you.
2. The ability to resize images and make minor edits to them would be a plus.
3. Will be required to come up with Chatbot flows based on customer requirements (after training)
4. Knowledge of how digital marketing strategies and online sales campaigns work would be a plus.
