About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Automation Integration Developer to design, build, and deliver robust automation systems inspired by leading tools in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating self-hosted automation pipelines, AI/ML integrations, and enterprise-grade RPA solutions. This role involves rapid prototyping, visual workflow building, and ensuring seamless compatibility across cloud-native and legacy systems. The developer will deliver a comprehensive automation platform that incorporates functionalities similar to those showcased in the attached screenshot, including self-hosted options like n8n, no-code integrations like Zapier, open-source flexibility with Activepieces, and advanced RPA with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation workflows using a variety of tools and frameworks, including self-hosted solutions (e.g., n8n), rapid prototyping platforms (e.g., Zapier), and open-source alternatives (e.g., Activepieces). Integrate Microsoft ecosystems such as Power Platform and Logic Apps for cloud-based process management. Develop RPA bots for legacy systems using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Nintex. Incorporate custom AI/ML components with technologies like TensorFlow for advanced analytics and intelligent automation. Build visual automation builders similar to Integromat/Make, ensuring user-friendly interfaces for non-technical users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and deploy automations that handle data processing, API integrations, and process orchestration. Optimize automations for scalability, security, and performance in cloud-native environments. Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability. Stay updated with emerging trends in automation, RPA, and AI to enhance platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science

Software Engineering,

or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of hands-on experience

in automation development, RPA, or integration engineering. Proficiency in tools and technologies such as: Self-hosted automation: n8n or similar. Integration platforms: Zapier, Integromat/Make, Activepieces. Microsoft suite: Power Platform, Logic Apps. RPA solutions: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Nintex. AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, with experience in custom model integration. Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or C#, with knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and microservices. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with process management, workflow orchestration, and legacy system automation. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering complex projects on time. Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and documenting technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional) or Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with open-source automation tools and contributing to community projects. Knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning deployment, and intelligent process automation. Prior work in enterprise environments handling high-volume data and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
