Description and Requirements

• To ensure that the repetitive and mundane tasks for End User IT Operations Environment are automated through a set of applications which are integrated with each other and ITSM tool

• Administer & Create Workflow in tool to Eliminate the Potential Incidents even before they hit the Service Desk from data points available in analyzed reports and Metrics.
• Administration of Chat Bot Applications so as to ensure that the repetitive and mundane Conversations are automated.
• Administration of Self-Help and Self Heal Application , work with OEM(s) for creating, developing & testing new solutions based on incident volumetrics
