Job Summary:

We are looking for a

multidisciplinary Automation Engineer

with hands-on experience in

industrial automation

, including

robotics integration

,

machine vision systems

,

Special Purpose Machine (SPM) design

, and

electromechanical systems

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining automated systems to improve efficiency and quality across the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Industrial Automation & Robotics

Design, integrate, and program industrial robots (e.g.,

FANUC

,

Kawasaki

). Develop

PLC

and

HMI

logic using platforms like

Omron

,

Panasonic

,

Mitsubishi

, etc. Commission robotic systems including

End of Arm Tooling (EOAT)

and safety mechanisms.
2.

Vision Systems

Integrate machine vision systems such as

Cognex

,

Keyence

,

Omron

,

Luster

. Configure

lighting

,

optics

, and

image processing logic

. Troubleshoot and optimize

vision inspection

for reliability and accuracy.
3.

Special Purpose Machines (SPM)

Contribute to both

mechanical

and

electrical

design of custom SPMs. Collaborate with fabrication, assembly, and commissioning teams. Conduct

root cause analysis

and drive

continuous improvement

.
4.

Electrical Engineering

Design

control panels

,

wiring diagrams

, and

electrical layouts

. Select suitable components:

relays

contactors

,

drives

,

sensors

, etc. Ensure designs comply with standards like

CE

ISO

safety regulations

5.

Mechanical Engineering

Support 3D modeling and drafting using tools like

. Evaluate and implement

, actuators, and motion systems. Perform

tolerance analysis

mechanical simulations

(FEA, if needed).
6.

Project Management & Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with

production

external vendors

. Manage project timelines, budgeting, and documentation. Train and support operations and maintenance teams post-deployment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical

,

Mechanical

,

Mechatronics

, or

Automation Engineering

.

7 to 12 years

of experience in

industrial automation

or a related field. Proficient in

PLC/HMI programming

robotics

, and

vision systems

. Strong knowledge of

sensors

control systems

servo motors

. Skilled in CAD tools like

SolidWorks

AutoCAD Electrical

, etc.

Soft Skills:
