Job Description

Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, IT, CS or MCA. Minimum years of relevant experience: 2 to 5 years. Strong knowledge of automation tools, troubleshooting methodologies. Must be aware of SDAP tools (EAI, OneFM Dashboards & Configuration Manager, WFM, ITSM). Understanding complex service workflows and how they impact network and automation processes. Ability to quickly identify the root cause of issues and implement fixes. Close interaction with developers, LCM teams, and monitoring teams. Handling and updating large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. He / She must have good knowledge of programming language like SQL, Linux. Query data in database using SQL to retrieve inventory information. Utilize basic Linux commands for system-level data management and automation tasks related to inventory processing. Working experience in handling datasets, creating dashboards in MS Excel. Power BI, Tableau and MS tools will be added advantage. Good to have knowledge and skills on SQL and Linux. Good solid understanding of service monitoring, network alarms. Basic familiarity with mobile telecommunication networks, their architecture and mechanisms would be an added advantage. In-depth understanding of SDAP and other relevant automation platforms/tools.
