Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement
instrumentation and automation systems
in industrial projects.
Program and troubleshoot
PLCs
(Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell) and integrate with
HMI/SCADA
systems.
Prepare, review, and update
instrumentation documentation
, including:
P&IDs
Cause and effect diagrams
Control system architecture
Loop diagrams and I/O lists
Interpret and modify
P&ID drawings
as per project and client requirements.
Select and configure
field instruments
(pressure, flow, temperature, level) according to application needs.
Design and test
control panels
, including component selection, wiring diagrams, and
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
.
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, and other departments to ensure smooth
project execution
.
Support
redundant PLC systems
(hot standby, dual processors) to ensure system reliability and uptime.
