: Automation cum Electrical Engineer (projects)

Responsibilities:

Signal Based design of SCADA and programs in pLC (siemens, schneider, Allen Bradley)' HMI Programming (siemens, Delta), create test concepts taking requirements in to account, Debug error in Automation/controls.

SCADA system Management

: Design, configures, and maintains SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control of industrial processes, including troubleshooting and system optimization

HMI Programs

: Develop and configure Human-Machine lnterfaces (HMls)to ensure intuitive and efficient operator interaction with automated systems.

Reporting Script Development

: create and optimize reporting scripts to automate data collection, analysis, and presentation for operational insights.

Block Diagram Programming

: Design and implement contror rogic using block diagrams, ensuring effective and relia ble a utomation operations.

System lntegration & Troubteshooting

: lnterface automation systems (scADA, pLCs, HMI) with hardware, troubreshoot issues, and ensure smooth system integration.

Documentation & support

: Prepare technical documentation and provide support to operators and engineers, including training on new systems.

Frequent Travelling

: Required.

Qualification

: B-tech (Electronics/lnstrumentation)

Experience

: Minimum 3 years (Automation and lnstrumentation), proficient in programming and error debugging

Job Profile /Designation

: Assistant Manager/ Sr. Engineer Salarv Range: 30,000 -35,000 (Or negotiable as per capability)
