About the Role

We are looking for an

experienced Automation Engineer

with strong expertise in

PLC, SCADA, and IoT-based automation solutions

for manufacturing, energy, and process industries. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing, programming, testing, and commissioning automation systems, and capable of handling projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and program PLC, SCADA, and HMI-based automation solutions. Implement

IoT-enabled automation systems

for smart manufacturing and process optimization. Configure, test, and commission automation projects at client sites. Work with leading platforms:

Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ABB

. Integrate automation systems with IT/OT networks and databases. Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing automation systems. Prepare technical documentation, FAT/SAT reports, and training manuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, IT, and maintenance).

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of

PLC, SCADA, HMI programming

. Hands-on experience with communication protocols:

Modbus, Profibus, OPC-UA, MQTT

. Good understanding of

industrial networking & IoT integration

. Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems. Ability to handle project execution, client interaction, and team coordination. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

manufacturing, energy, or process automation

industries. Exposure to

Industry 4.0 and smart factory automation

concepts. Familiarity with robotic integration and advanced motion control systems.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹583,618.52 per year
