Job Title :

Automation Engineer

Job Summary:

Installation & Trouble shooting of Automation equipment & Robots. Should be able to understand electrical drawings, pneumatic circuits, and mechanical function of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Installation & Qualification of various type of automation equipment & robots.

2.Complete debugging of equipment, including I/O debug, mechanical interference, and process optimization.

3.Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule.

5.Effective solving of problems arising during production & provide corrective and preventive actions.

6.Training team members for trouble shooting of machines.

7.Co-ordinating with design engineers to resolve issues and to make continuous improvement.

Deliverables:

1.Machine Performance ( Uptime & Quality)

2.Ontime Corrective & Preventive action

3.Continous Improvement

4.Documentation of standards & Procedures

Qualification & Skills:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Instrumentation) with 2+ years' experience in machine maintenance.

Working Experience in

Automation Equipment/Robot installation & maintenance

is must.

Familiar with the use of Servo and photoelectronic sensors , and those who can understand and modify PLC programs are preferable.

Working experience in 3C projects especially for Apple/Google/Microsoft programs are preferable.

Able to understand machine design, pneumatic & electrical circuit drawings to resolve problems & to suggest improvements.

Result oriented & should be able to individually trouble shoot and ensure continuous running of automation lines.
