What you will be doing

Support Function:

• Troubleshooting of existing automation systems to recover the equipment capabilities in time, analyse of troubles to remove their causes and avoid reoccurrence.

• Coordination with user departments for preventive & predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution.

• PRS (Production Reporting System) for new requirement and routine support. Documentation of systems in Hard and soft format.

• Up keeping and monitoring of Safety & Security surveillance system.

Operational Excellence:

• Manage projects for the purpose of improving safety, quality, efficiency or capacity of process equipment through control system improvements

• Creating & maintaining maintenance system day to day activities (Maximo, ISO/TS Documents) & up keeping of the records in the system, analysing the system features and implementing the improvements.

• Implementation of new hard \xe2\x80\x93 software components into preventive maintenance plan.

Innovation :

• Implementation of projects for improving productivity, quality, & cost or Poka-Yoke for robust manufacturing process.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor degree preferably in Instrumentation, Industrial Electronics or Computer Engineering
• 8+ year\xe2\x80\x99s experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Sound experience in automation and motion control configuring and troubleshooting PLC/DCS systems in a manufacturing/chemical processing facility or similar industries; (Experience with Zenon, Twin Cat, SQL, PLC configuration and fieldbus technology is desirable)
• Fluent in both Marathi/Hindi and English
