System Design & Implementation

Design and develop

automation systems

for manufacturing lines, including control panels, PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and sensors. Implement

automated machinery and control systems

to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Develop and modify PLC programs (e.g.,

Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Omron

) for new and existing equipment. Integrate

SCADA, robotics, and vision systems

into production processes. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new automation projects.

Maintenance & Optimization

Diagnose and troubleshoot

automation and control system faults

. Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure

maximum uptime and efficiency

. Implement

preventive maintenance schedules

for all automated systems. Ensure proper documentation and backup of all PLC/HMI programs and configurations.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

Collaborate with

production, quality, and maintenance teams

to identify areas for automation and improvement. Support

Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0

initiatives through process digitization and real-time data integration. Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for performance optimization. Provide technical training and support to operators and maintenance staff.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all automation systems comply with

safety, electrical, and environmental regulations

. Implement

safety interlocks, sensors, and fail-safes

to maintain operator and equipment safety. Participate in risk assessments, FMEAs, and root cause analyses for automation projects.

Pay: ₹13,520.64 - ₹71,395.94 per month
