Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Automation Engineer- PLC programmer

to lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across various industrial and

building automation

applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

PLC programming, SCADA systems, industrial robotics, control panel design, panel building, component selection, and building automation systems (BAS)

. This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to drive automation initiatives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead the

design, development, and execution

of automation and control systems for

industrial and building automation applications

.

? Develop and program

PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS

solutions for automation projects.

? Oversee the integration of

robotic systems, vision systems, control panels, and BAS

.

? Select and design

electrical, electronic, and mechanical components

for automation systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.

? Design and supervise

panel building

, including wiring, layout, and compliance with electrical standards.

? Implement and manage

Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, energy management, and smart building solutions

.

? Ensure compliance with

industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices

.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including

mechanical, electrical, and software engineers

, to optimize automation processes.

? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation, control, and

building management systems (BMS)

.

? Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

? Conduct

risk assessments and preventive maintenance

for automation systems.

? Provide

training and technical support

to operations and maintenance teams.

? Stay updated on emerging

technologies and industry trends

to drive innovation in

industrial and building automation

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

?

Bachelor's/Master's degree

in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

?

3 to 7 years

of experience in industrial automation, control systems, and

building automation

.

? Strong knowledge of

PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.), SCADA, HMI, DCS, and industrial networking protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, BACnet, KNX, etc.)

.

? Experience in

robotic automation, motion control, and vision systems

.

? Expertise in

control panel design, panel building, wiring, and troubleshooting

.

? Strong understanding of

component selection, electrical hardware design, and sensor integration

.

? Experience with

Building Automation Systems (BAS), BMS, HVAC controls, and energy management systems

.

? Knowledge of

PID tuning, VFDs, servo control systems, and industrial actuators

.

? Understanding of

Industry 4.0, IIoT, smart buildings, and digital transformation initiatives

.

? Excellent

communication, problem-solving, and leadership

skills.

Preferred Experience:

? Experience in

Special Purpose Machines (SPM)

, material handling systems, and production automation.

? Knowledge of

industrial and building safety standards, risk assessments, and machine safety (SIL, CE, etc.)

.

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
