Manage, operate & optimize 3D printing machines for dental aligner manufacturing
Drive automation initiatives across production lines to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot 3D printers, robotics arms & automated equipment
Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality & R&D teams for process optimisation and continuous improvements
Monitor production output, ensure zero-defect quality, and prepare technical reports
Implement preventive maintenance, SOPs and process standardization

Required Skills & Experience:
2-5 years' experience in 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing / Industrial Automation
Hands-on experience with SLA/DLP printers (preferably dental/medical devices)
Knowledge of robotics, PLCs, automation systems & machine calibration
Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset
Experience in high-precision, quality-driven manufacturing environment is preferred
