Key responsibilities:
Experience (3 - 5 yrs.) in robotics arm handling and specialization in the automation process
Work experience in medical device manufacturing (implant, bone plates, titanium, Plastic
manufacturing) or the automobile industry with a robotic/Automation division
Proficiency in working Knowledge of Sensors, Vision Camera's, Conveyors, PLC's, Digital Systems &
Processes.
In Depth Understanding Of Electrical & Electronic Systems, Ability to Understand New Electronic
Devices & Systems.
Planning and execution of plant projects involving complex equipment changes and significant
process improvements. Ideate & Develop automation design and standards and project
implementation to achieve a successful production process.
Provides mentorship and training to more junior members of the group.
Provide SME support to Manufacturing and other departments for designing and operating process
automation equipment.
Support resolution of equipment breakdowns and quality issues in the sites
Conduct troubleshooting and technical analyses on manufacturing equipment and processes
automation systems
Initiates change controls and participates in all aspects of the change controls process.
Review SOPs, Functional Specifications, and work instructions
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Should be an engineer. B.Tech/BE - Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics
2. Substantial experience in the design, operation & Maintenance of process automation systems
3. Experience with automated control systems, in automated production lines in a clear aligner is
highly desired.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
