battery spot welding automation

across multiple pack designs. The goal is to ensure consistency, compatibility, and scalability of automation systems in UAV manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation Solution Development

Design and implement

flight and systems simulation platforms

for UAV testing and validation. Develop

automatic payload calibration systems

to improve precision and reduce manual effort. Support

wind tunnel testing setups

to validate drone aerodynamics and performance. Lead automation efforts for the

Airbotix project

, ensuring partner drone manufacturing is efficient and repeatable. Develop

Battery Spot Welding Machine R&D

solutions: Engineer welding automation for consistent, high-quality cell connections. Standardize welding parameters across

all battery pack types
