Urgent Vacancy Design Executive (PLC). - Jr.

Dhanvanthri Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Mahape and Vashi Navi Mumbai.

CTC: 4 LPA to 5 LPA.

Responsibilities

Study the technical details of the PO / Contract and provide BOM for Controls for outsourcing.

Review electrical drawing to suit PLC programming.

Develop and implement PLC programme in Siemens / Allen Bradly or Mitsubishi etc

Develop installation documents for site team for Controls & automation.

Create service manual for controls and automation.

Follow all the safety standard for design, supply and installation.

Support FAT activities for delivering desired performance.

Support order execution and commissioning at site.

Requirement

Education:

Diploma / Degree in electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering.

Experience:

3-4 years' experience in Factory Automation industry.

Preferably from Conveyors system suppliers, Material handling Equipment & Automation, Overhead cranes.

Competency / Specific skill & Knowledge:

u Knowledge of PLC programming of Siemens, Allen Bradly, Mitsubishi etc.

u Knowledge of latest instruments used in Automation industry such as sensors, actuator, SOV, Cylinder.

u Knowledge of motor section, VFD, MCC, Cabling etc.

u IS code and CE standards followed.

u Design of feeder, VFD panels, cable specs, I/O list, cable schedule, SOV box.

u Excellent written and verbal communication.

u Basic skills of AutoCAD drawing.

u Basics of EPLAN.

u Safety standard for electrical & control automation work.

u MS office.

u Ready to handle site activity.

u Ready to travel for 3-4 weeks.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
