We are hiring Automation / Commissioning Engineers for a

hybrid role

involving

in-house production & testing

and

on-site commissioning

of automation and control systems across marine and industrial applications.

Systems may include (but are not limited to):

Marine control and monitoring systems Electrical control & starter panels Deck machinery, hydraulic, and auxiliary systems Alarm, safety, and instrumentation systems
The role starts with

in-house system familiarization, testing, and production support

, followed by

site deployment for testing, commissioning, and service

.

Key Responsibilities

In-House (Production & Testing)

Assist in

panel wiring checks, I/O verification, and functional testing

Study and understand

electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control logic

Support FAT preparation, test checklists, and documentation

Site Work (Commissioning & Service)

On-site

testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

at shipyards, ports, and vessels Perform

loop checks, alarm testing, and trials

Coordinate with shipyard teams, clients, and class surveyors during FAT/SAT Attend breakdowns, retrofits, and upgrade jobs

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years

experience in

marine or industrial automation / instrumentation

Exposure to

PLC-based control systems

(Siemens / Schneider / Allen-Bradley or similar) Hands-on experience with

testing, commissioning, or field service

Ability to read and interpret

electrical drawings and wiring schematics

Willingness to travel extensively

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechatronics

or similar industrial skills exposure

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Shipyard or marine system exposure HMI / SCADA familiarity PCB-level troubleshooting experience
