Making enquiry stage Automation & Instrumentation BOM as per URS & TO.
Preparing all the project deliverables for client submission.
Equipment design as per pharmaceutical guidelines
Programming of PLC, SCADA & HMI (Siemens/Allen Bradley)
Commissioning & Validation of the pharmaceutical equipment
Automation & Instrumentation service & support at client site/remote
Cross functional team coordination for design, installation & qualification
Competencies required for the position are knowledge and expertise in
Siemens Step 7 Professional PLC (CPU 1200 &1500) programming
Siemens SCADA programming (WinCC)
Siemens HMI programming (TIA Portal).
Allen Bradley PLC programming Studio 5000
Allen Bradley SCADA programming Factory Talk View SE
Data Recording & Management
Knowledge in SQL or PostgreSQL
Good knowledge of VB script or C script or visual basic programming
Qualification:
BE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, communication, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience:
4 to 5 years in programming of PLC & SCADA for pharmaceutical equipment's.
