Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Automation Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning industrial automation systems, specifically focusing on Mitsubishi and Siemens hardware. This role requires a specialist who can integrate PLC systems with robotic platforms to streamline production processes.
Key Responsibilities
PLC Programming: Design, code, and debug complex logic for Siemens (TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500) and Mitsubishi (MELSEC-Q/F Series, GX Works) systems.
Robotic Integration: Program and calibrate industrial robots (e.g. Mitsubishi to interface seamlessly with PLC controllers.
Hardware Configuration: Select, wire, and configure automation hardware, including VFDs, HMIs, and sensors.
System Maintenance: Perform advanced troubleshooting on existing automated lines to minimize downtime.
Commissioning: Lead on-site installation and testing of new automation projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in both Siemens and Mitsubishi ecosystems.
Robotics: Practical experience in robotic path planning, logic integration, and safety protocols.
Hardware Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial networking (PROFINET, CC-Link, EtherCAT).
Immediate Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be prioritized.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
