About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Automation Engineer / Process Automation Engineer

/ Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong

foundation in Python development, extensive experience with automation and integration

platforms, and a proven track record of successfully delivering full lifecycle implementations of

leading project management tools.

Key Responsibilities


Design, develop, and deploy process automation solutions using tools like Zapier, Make,

n8n, or Workato.


Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python scripts to extend automation

capabilities and integrate with various systems.


Lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects of project management platforms

(Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, or MS Projects), from requirements

gathering to deployment and user training.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify

automation opportunities.


Create detailed documentation, including technical specifications, process workflows,

and user guides.


Support and troubleshoot existing automations, ensuring reliability and scalability.


Provide training and post-implementation support to end users and stakeholders.

Requirements


Minimum 4 years of professional experience in automation engineering, process

automation, or implementation consulting roles.


Strong coding skills in Python.


At least 2 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make,

n8n, or Workato.


Working knowledge of ClickUp.


Proven experience in successfully delivering at least 5 full lifecycle implementations of

project management tools.


Excellent communication and written skills to interact effectively with technical and

non-technical stakeholders.


Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable

technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)


Certifications in relevant automation tools or project management platforms.


Experience in developing custom plugins, scripts, or apps.
