Job Summary:

The Automation Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining automated systems, dashboards, and reports using Java, Google App Script, and Advanced Excel tools to streamline production, data management, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation processes for production and reporting.

Develop scripts and tools using Java and Google Apps Script to automate workflows.

Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports using Advanced Excel (Macros, VBA, Pivot, Power Query).

Integrate data from multiple systems (ERP, production logs, quality reports).

Support process automation in manufacturing lines and data collection systems.

Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize system performance.

Collaborate with production, quality, and IT teams for digital automation initiatives.

Prepare system documentation and user training manuals.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

2-5 years' experience in automation, scripting, or MIS development.

Strong knowledge of

Java, Google Apps Script, and Advanced Excel (Macros, VBA).

Experience in database handling (MySQL/Sheets API) is preferred.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
