Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Expertise in PLC programming, Siemens(Mandatory), Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Rockwell PLCs. 2. Expertise of motion control with Servo and stepper Drives. 3. Develop real-time control system software for automated /semi automated assembly systems, including the programming of PLC\xe2\x80\x99s, Servo Control, Robots and Vision Systems. 4. Develop human machine interfaces (HMI) using commercially available industrial products, SCADA nodes or custom GUI\xe2\x80\x99s written in Visual Basic or Visual C++. 5. Work with mechanical and electrical designers to ensure the control system will meet performance, reliability and functionality requirements. 6. Perform on site commissioning and start up by demonstrating system\xe2\x80\x99s capability. 7. Design PLC programs specific to project requirements. 8. Work with other members of the control systems design department and other groups to continuously improve methods of integrating controls technology, with the goals being enhanced safety, enhanced functionality, and reduced cost. 9. Work with project managers, designers, toolmakers, and electricians to solve problems in order to provide the end user with a complete functional system. 10. Provide thorough testing of machine functionality to verify PLC program completeness. 11. Provide accurate documentation for each project. Inform project personnel regarding documentation and advise them on solving technical problems. 12. Provide training specific to the current project, e.g. machine operation, programming principles, and program structure. 13. Development of functional blocks and programming of Siemens S7-200/ S7-1200/S7- 300/ S7-1500/ S7-400 PLCs, Wincc and HMI software\xe2\x80\x99s 14. Commissioning of AC Drives, DC Drives, & Servo Drives 15. Programming and configuration of various industrial communication Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Schedule:
