: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
Key Responsibilities
PLC programming, testing, and debugging for industrial automation projects
Develop control logic, interlocks, and automation sequences as per project requirements
HMI development and integration with PLC systems
VFD configuration, parameter setting, and drive commissioning
Site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems
Coordinate with panel designers, project engineers, and field teams
Modify and optimize PLC programs based on customer feedback
Prepare technical documentation, I/O lists, and commissioning reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and best automation practices
Hands-on experience with
Experience in Siemens HMI configuration
Understanding of industrial control panels and field instrumentation
Ability to read electrical drawings and P&ID diagrams
Experience with Schneider or Allen Bradley PLCs
Knowledge of SCADA systems (WinCC or other SCADA)
Experience with VFDs (Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Danfoss, etc.)
Field commissioning experience
Soft Skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Willingness to travel to customer sites
Ability to work under project deadlines
