Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation Developer to design and implement software automation systems that improve efficiency and data accuracy across business functions. The ideal candidate should have experience with workflow automation, scripting, and process optimization in a data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automation workflows to streamline manual processes.
Build tools and scripts to integrate various data sources and systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities.
Ensure reliability and security of automation pipelines.
Troubleshoot automation issues and maintain documentation.
Work closely with data and software engineering teams for system integration.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Python / Node.js / JavaScript
Experience with RPA tools (UIPath, Power Automate, or similar)
Familiarity with APIs, SQL databases, and RESTful integration
Knowledge of version control (Git) and task scheduling
Exposure to data pipelines or ETL tools preferred
Soft Skills:
Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach
Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple tasks
