Key Responsibilities

• Develop new software solutions, provide ongoing production support, and implement enhancements and bug fixes for tools and templates used across multiple programs and projects.
• Understand key business processes and project goals to identify opportunities for process improvements through tool/template enhancements or new development.
• Follow the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for all technical changes, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
• Provide timely support to Solution Architects, Technical Program Managers, Scrum Masters, and Senior Managers via various channels including Microsoft Teams, JIRA, and email.
• Handle standard support requests such as bug fixes, feature enhancements, and new feature development, along with ad-hoc requests like data extraction, custom reporting, and tool usage analysis.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing custom applications, dashboards, and reports using technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Design and implement integrations and secure protocols for custom applications and tools as required.
• Continually learn and adapt to new technologies driven by project needs and evolving technical strategies.
• Reverse engineer existing custom applications and produce comprehensive documentation detailing design and functionality.
• Create technical diagrams and system designs using visual diagramming tools like Lucid and Visio.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and documentation.
• Escalate technical risks and project issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively while identifying potential risks to quality and timelines.
• Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders regarding features, bug fixes, and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, particularly in automation and tool support within enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and related tools.
• Hands-on experience with integration patterns, security protocols, and custom application development.
• Ability to reverse engineer existing systems and prepare detailed technical documentation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.

• Experience in collaborating with diverse teams, including business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional automation tools and programming languages.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
