About this opportunity:


We at Ericsson are seeking an empathetic and goal-driven Operations Manager. In this key role, you will lead and coordinate Network Operations with the valuable input from your team. Your contributions will enhance our service delivery alignment, identify areas of process improvement and effectively manage stakeholder relationships. As an Operations Manager, several functional areas such as Automated Operations, Service Support, Incident Management, Change Management, and Data Analytics look to your leadership in achieving their objectives.


What you will do:

Oversee all aspects of resources and people management. Pinpoint and put into action best operational practices. Initiate and manage improvement programs. Engage actively in both internal and external networks. Maintain fidelity to global processes, methods, and tools. Manage budgets and set line targets for your sub-unit.
