quired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

nimum of a bachelor's degree, preference in science.

5 years relevant work experience in Service Support environment preferred.

oficient understanding of CRM/ERP business systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and basic
kn
owledge of RPA tools (Automation Anywhere etc.)

termediate coding language knowledge (Python, RegEx experience to enhance extracted data

preferred)

termediate knowledge of Databases - writing & understanding of SQL queries and stored

ocedures is preferred.

perience working with EDI and Business Analysis/Reporting tools (SAP BI, Tableau, etc.) are
