We are seeking a skilled Automation / Control Systems Engineer with strong hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems. The ideal candidate will be involved in the full project lifecycle--from system design and programming to site commissioning and client coordination. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
PLC, SCADA, and DCS programming, configuration, and testing
Automation system design, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
Project execution and coordination at client sites
Site installation, commissioning, and start-up activities
Instrumentation installation, calibration, and loop checking
Automation testing, troubleshooting, and system validation
Preparation of technical documentation and project reports as per requirements
Technical Skills & Requirements
Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or equivalent
Knowledge of SCADA systems including WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, iFix, or similar
Familiarity with DCS platforms such as ABB, Emerson, Honeywell, or Yokogawa (preferred)
Understanding of industrial communication protocols:
o Modbus
o Profibus
o Profinet
o Ethernet/IP
Hands-on experience with instrumentation:
o Sensors
o Transmitters
o Control valves
Strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills
Hands-on site experience is a strong advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Automation Engineering
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
Willingness to travel and work at project sites
Good communication and documentation skills
