Support Sales and Marketing team to resolve their pre and post sales contract engineering related queries across LV & MV distribution network, distribution automation products, communication systems, and Low Voltage monitoring systems. Provide technical support to sales and marketing initiatives for automation contract engineering.

The position is responsible to carry out sales and marketing contract engineering support and other related activities as allocated. Working as a member within the current product engineering team, who collectively execute all the necessary activities to maintain, improve and optimize our products and solutions for the customer and production - considering especially the technical compliance to requirements and cost efficiency aspects.

1. Support Sales and Marketing team by leading technical interface with customers or other Lucy customers for a) Product presentation b) Product demonstration c) Product training d) Cost/benefit analysis e) Product comparisons f) Contract Engineering


2. Prepare gap analysis/compliance matrix w.r.to customer technical specifications.

3. Support preparation of Electrical Schematic, Wiring looms, technical offers for products and systems

4. Support new product development planning and implementation


5. Support system engineering & commissioning for automation contracts

Graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent


Minimum 6+ years working experience in similar industry

Self-driven individual with hands-on skills.

Experience of electrical contract engineering (Schematic, wiring looms, BOM) Experience of specification analysis, compliance assessment and product comparisons Hands-on experience of installation, testing and commissioning of RTUs Experience with integration of RMU/substation equipment with SCADA system. Experience RTU, Relay, Meter programming and setup of communication. Familiar with industry standard communication protocols (IEC 104/101/103, Modbus Serial/TCP IP and DNP3 Serial/TCP IP) Experience in handling and coordinating FAT, SAT, and Trainings Experience in AutoCAD, Siemens team Center and NX. Strong technical and analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills.
