Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras (IP & Analog)
Perform site surveys and plan camera placement
Run and terminate cables (CAT6, coaxial, power)
Configure DVRs/NVRs, routers, and network settings
Troubleshoot and repair CCTV system faults
Ensure proper system testing and handover to clients
Provide basic user training and technical support
Maintain service reports and documentation
Follow safety standards and company procedures
Requirements
Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role
Knowledge of IP cameras, NVR/DVR, PoE switches, and networking basics
Familiar with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network issues
Basic understanding of networking (IP, ports, LAN)
Willingness to travel to client sites
Physically fit for field work
ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred
