Automation skill set - Watermelon, o Manage and lead the project. o Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders for Schedule, Status, Progress, Issues etc. o Designing functional technology solutions o Implement Automation Strategy. o Defining Automation Framework & best practices o Replicating the framework across multiple Squads. o Continuous tuning to meet specific software, OS, tools, and hardware requirements of the environment. o Validate the best practices implemented by team. o Providing technical leadership and support to automation team. o Architect tool integration based on the application architecture and testing tools landscape. o Architect /Develop custom utility based on customer requirement such as test data generation, reporting and custom requirement
