Job Description

Collaborate with the sales team to identify client pain points and opportunities for automation and AI solutions. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to gather requirements and understand their existing IT infrastructure and business processes. Design and architect comprehensive automation and AI solutions, leveraging a range of technologies (e.g., RPA, intelligent document processing, chatbots, machine learning models, AI platforms). Develop compelling technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of proposed solutions. Act as a subject matter expert during client interactions, addressing technical queries and building strong relationships. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation, AI, and related technologies. Contribute to the development of solution accelerators, reusable components, and best practices. Lead or assist in the hands-on deployment and configuration of automation and AI solutions at client sites. Perform system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation. Provide post-implementation support, including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization. Document solution architectures, deployment guides, and operational procedures. Train client teams on the use and management of deployed solutions. Work closely with product and development teams to provide feedback from client engagements and contribute to product roadmap enhancements.
