Job Description

We are looking for a motivated AutoCAD Telecom Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders who are eager to begin their career in the telecom domain and apply their AutoCAD knowledge to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update telecom network drawings using AutoCAD. Work on OSP (Outside Plant) layouts, including fiber routing, aerial/underground networks, and related design activities. Maintain accuracy and quality in drawings, Xrefs, layouts, and block management. Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to deliver design outputs on schedule. Support data handling and reporting using MS Excel; basic familiarity with Access and Paint is a plus. Use GIS tools such as QGIS, Google Earth, or Civil 3D for mapping and design support. Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.?Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Telecommunications Engineering. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (shortcuts, Xref, viewports, layout & design center, block/dynamic blocks, quick select, tool palettes). Basic MS Excel skills; familiarity with MS Access and MS Paint preferred. Knowledge of telecom systems (OSP layouts, fiber routing, aerial/underground networks). Familiarity with GIS tools such as QGIS, Google Earth, or Civil 3D is desirable. Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills.
