Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on

AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting)

and

SolidWorks (Part Modeling, Assemblies, Drafting, Sheet Metal, Surface, and Simulation)

. Teach

mechanical design concepts, GD&T, and drafting standards (ANSI, ISO, ASME, etc.)

. Provide

hands-on practice and project-based training

to students. Develop structured

lesson plans, assignments, and training materials

. Assess student performance through

tests, projects, and practical work

. Stay updated with the

latest CAD features and industry practices

. Mentor and guide students for

career readiness in the mechanical design domain

.

Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

- mandatory*.
Strong knowledge of

SolidWorks (Modeling, Assemblies, Simulation)

. Good understanding of

mechanical design principles, engineering drawings, and GD&T

. Prior experience in

training/teaching

or

mechanical design projects

. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Ability to

simplify technical concepts

for students.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

or related field.

Certifications in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks

will be an added advantage. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in design, drafting, or training.
