Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient AutoCAD & Revit Draftsman to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D drawings and complex 3D BIM models, ensuring all technical specifications meet industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & Modeling: Prepare detailed architectural/engineering drawings using AutoCAD (2D) and Revit (3D/BIM). Project Collaboration: Work closely with architects and engineers to translate sketches and verbal instructions into technical drawings. BIM Coordination: Maintain BIM standards and assist in the coordination of models across various disciplines (MEP, Structural, and Architectural). Quality Control: Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, local building codes, and project specifications. Documentation: Manage and archive drawing sets, revisions, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency

: Advanced knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.

Experience

: 3+ years of professional experience in a similar drafting or BIM role.

Attention to Detail

: Ability to produce precise, error-free technical documentation.

Communication

: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Problem Solving

: Ability to identify design conflicts in 3D models and suggest practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Revit or BIM Management.

Experience with Navisworks or Civil 3D. Knowledge of local building regulations and international drafting standards.
