Create 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for mechanical parts and assemblies
Develop designs based on engineering specifications and project requirements
Perform basic engineering calculations and design validations
Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams
Modify and improve existing designs for performance, cost, or manufacturability
Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ISO, ASME, DIN, etc.)
Support prototyping, testing, and production troubleshooting
Maintain design revisions and documentation control
